The weather here has been a bit unseasonal...its 72 degrees and not humid. Normally is 90 with 200% humidity. Needless to say we've been playing outside and taking Lucy to a few outdoor events. Thursday night we attended our first high school soccer game as a family of three to cheer on our favorite coach, Ralph. Saturday morning was a softball tourney so lucy and I watched Daddy play two games and then saturday night was Concert on the Lawn. The concert was on the lawn of KWC and the Owensboro Symphony performed. It was a beautiful night and as always Lucy had a good time. My friend Gwyn was there with her 10 year old daughter Abbey...Lucy LOVES Abbey. I mean, she leaps from my arms when she sees Abs. Its insane. Abbey and a few other little girls kept Lucy pretty entertained for most of the concert. It was so cute.
I went to a friends bridal shower today and left Lucy to take care of Daddy ;). When i walked in the door Brandon was sitting on the couch with sweet SLEEPING Lucy on him. It was so cute. She's still sleeping so i thought it was a good time to update the blog.
Lucy still has the two bottom teeth and i'm not seeing any sign of the any new ones. She crawls really fast and loves to people watch. We took her to breakfast this morning and she turned all the way around in her high chair to see what everyone else was doing. She is still smiling and really working on saying "mama" alright, well she is a pro at dada but mama not so much. Her newest trick is chasing after the dogs and being chased around the living room by Daddy. She laughes so hard nothing comes out when he's crawling around after her...too cute.

With her two favorite toys, my shoe and a postcard. I know, I know.

"Watching" the soccer game.

Eating a snack! Doesn't look like her Dad at all...not at all.

Sweet smiley face.
